Of Inboxes and Doughnut Dreams

This is my inbox... see how neat and tidy it is? The pretty folder in the bottom of the basket... the daisy's on the sides... I love my inbox...

This morning however...I did NOT Love my inbox! LOOK AT THAT!!!! I came in early and though I passed by a few Starbucks decided to keep trucking in hopes of doughnuts and office coffee. You will hardly ever see a lack of doughnuts in our office on any given Friday. I was shocked to see top pot in the kitchen on Thursday morning and realized that it probably meant that our regular doughnut buyers were going to be gone on Friday. I didn't have a doughnut on Thursday and immediately regretted it this morning when I woke after having a dream of a field of doughnuts that I couldn't eat... I guess I must have really wanted a Top Pot. Then the clouds opened and the angels (named Deanna) sang... SHE BOUGHT TOP POT!!!!!!!
It was a total answer to my dreams! It totally helped me get through the day... Mmmmm... Doughnut!


And Eric texted me pictures of Aquaman playing... which also helped me through my day. It's so wonderful to see this face on my lunch hour! As he tries to DESTROY his Hexopuss (hex because it only has 6 legs not octo 8).

And then he took over the kitty condo...

I made it through the day having processed 96 forms which is WAY above my average of 25. My fingers hurt, so I'll quit typing now!
