Once I got settled back into Seattle after my month long stay in South Dakota I started to go through my pictures, and realized that I'm lucky to have so many great images of my Mom. Images that make me smile, and remember her laugh, just by looking at them. I want a way to spread that to others, so when they look at the photos they remember the best parts about her for them, and I have been working for the past 4 months or so at creating a photo book for her memory.
It's been a process. At first, I wanted to turn her blog into a book, then I realized that it would be a lot of my talking / posting, and a few decent photos, and really it would be for my benefit and no one else. I may print the blog for myself, but I want to make a book that will be of benefit to others to remember her.
