2| Reiner was over Saturday as well, so I headed out on my own thrifting since the boys were... occupied. I scored 9 books (children's books) and the shirt I'm wearing (above). It was a good day thrifting, I'd like to try and keep going every weekend to at least one place, it helps you keep a pulse on what's out there.
3| My studying is going okay. I like to think that I'm close to the end, but some days It doesn't feel like it.
4| Laurel and Alex came to visit Friday night. They were in town from Connecticut. It was so great to meet Alex, and it's always a joy catching up with my little Laurel. She lives far to far away!
5| It's hot out today... like Gross. Hot!
6| Eric and I watched the original 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles this afternoon... Wow. What a flashback.
7| I hate to even put this in writing, I'm afraid who's going to stab me, but I'm super ready for Fall to hit. It's August 10th... but I'm hanging on tight for that Sept1 !!! So excited to drink a PSL!
8| I've been a coffee fiend lately - I should probably work on backing off again.
9| Life is good.. moving bumpy right now, but I'm happy.
10| We have been talking about adopting another animal into our house... it's been put on hold right now, and it kind of breaks my heart, even though I know the right one will come along, I'm antsy.
