Ten Takes On Monday

1 | I just opened my window to take my exam.... Queue the victory music here. I actually was physically agitated with this, a little shaky, and a bit of a catch in the back of my throat. I can do this. I can conquer this. I just have to keep telling myself that.

2 | We had a few people over for Halloween on Friday night. I made myself busy playing hostess and making every one watch Hocus Pocus. It was successful!

3 | There's a leak in our downstairs bathroom, I called my landlords like the dutiful tenant I am... Only to find the leak is spreading over to my extra bedroom, and there's mold, and soft walls... and a MESS! The major tragedy (so far) is the bookshelf, it is not salvageable.

4 | In other news, I study a lot. Not that this is new or different - but it might be EXTRA quiet around here the next few weeks... I am taking my exam on December 17th, and it's game time right now.

5 | I've been using our company's Microsoft Surface for my testing / studying... I think I'm in Love.

6 | My extra room is a disaster area right now - (See #3). I worked most of Sunday (after studying) to get things organized in there. I have a whole clothes basket of STUFF going to Good Will, and am still pitching!

7 | I went out on November 1st to find good deals ... I scored a few cheap(ish) Halloween items, but I think my best bet is to go out ON Halloween, or the day before it was all pretty picked over.

8 | It's November... = Time for my new holiday manicure (yep, I'm addicted)

9 | The SeaHawks won this weekend and I don't think I have to try real hard to explain why that's such a big deal.

10 | Life is good... I just have to remind myself of that sometimes... I gets tough!
