Sushi Icky

Hey guys!
I just wanted to post this picture to show you how incredibly brave I have become.

This is Salmon Roe... aka Salmon Eggs.

Last night Eric and I went out for sushi. I am not a huge fan but they make great Teriyaki at the place we go to and Eric Loves him some sushi!

The resturant we frequent has some beautiful artistry when it comes to their pieces, so I wanted to post a couple pictures.

Oh yeah, and as for my bravery? I tried the Salmon Roe. It pops in your mouth and tastes like salty fish. My over all evaluation? YUCK! But, hey, at least I was brave enough to try it!

This is a Volcano Roll.. Just mostly beautiful, I didn't try it.
