This weekend was the Relay for Life Summit at the Double Tree hotel in SeaTac. We're so very lucky to have this opportunity right in our back yard, that's not to say I wouldn't travel for it, I probably would, but I love that it's literally down the street from my house!
We showed up on Friday in our very BRIGHT Tie Dye shirts, Everyone loved them, and it was really easy to pick each other out of the crowd.
I love these ladies - they're my better purple half.
There was a lot of really great information at Summit, but this was my favorite part - during lunch they had us make luminarias for our loved ones, then gave us each a different colored glow stick to put in our bag, then had everyone lift them up over their heads... what a cool thing! Based on Facebook photos, it was a lot of people's favorite part!

There was a lot of fun, learning, frolic and PURPLE! We had a blast.
