Today was difficult... My interval running was up to 90 minutes jog, 2 minutes walk. Toword the end I had a hard time pushing out the running... Glad I finshed, even if not super strong.
I went 1.87 Miles, and completed the circut. That makes me happy.
Also, Check out the awesome run mix I made on my iPod... whatever keeps you moving!
