When we arrived home from South Dakota on Sunday evening, we were handed
a lap full of difficult decisions, and somewhat unsettling paperwork. A word that has never been part of my vocabulary, is now suddenly part of our every day conversation... Eviction.
Yeah, you read that right. The bank that owns our property has had it in "Foreclosure" for quite some time, and they are finally deciding to act on their property, (our apartments). They have given us several options... Bank Relocation Payment, Stay and see what happens, Vacate in 90 days, or buy our apartment "Co-Op".
We're not sure what we're going to do, or what's going to happen. We haven't received any "Official" notice (meaning court stamped documents) so, for now we're hanging in there. Deciding what we want to do, and making plans for our future and soaking in every inch of this view while we can.
