Thoughts on today...

I am here, at work, it's 6:00 am, today is the first day of our annual conference.

I love my job. I love my job most days, but especially today.

For today, I get to shake hands, smile, organize, plan, execute and be the best Abby there is.

I get to whip out my "Mid West, Farmers, Daughter's Charm" and still feel like I belong in this city and that I can keep up with it.

I worked late last night, I will work late tonight, and at the end of tomorrow I will be exhausted, with a big stupid grin on my face.

Life is good.
