Pretty Paper

 

I have been listening to Christmas music pretty much non-stop since November 20^th which is normally way too early for me, but this year for whatever reason I have really had the hankering to listen to Christmas tunes!  One that has really sung to my heart this year is not one of the mainstream songs you hear a ton. It’s “Pretty Paper” by Roy Orbison (also sung by Willie Nelson). I remember as a kid sitting next to my Mom while she played the piano and sang this song; it was one of her favorites. When I hear the melody, I can almost hear her voice singing it to me.
