This photo shoot reminded me a lot of his 3rd Birthday...
He was super excited to go outside with me until he realized what day it was... and why I was carrying "the" hat.
So after some very unfruitful negotiating with "treats" I decided since he turned 7 today he must just be going for the older more mature "stoic" look.
What a Butt.. Gone are the days of my sweet smiley two year old.
But man, after a fresh hair cut, he's one sweet smelling 7 year old pup who still has his zest for puppy life and his love of his owners. He's always there with a sweet Hello from the end of the day and a tail wag and a lick when you need it.
Oh sweet boy, Happy Birthday - you have blessed our lives greatly in the past 7 years... Looking forward to the next 7!
