| Dad, Mildred & I |
When I learned I'd be in southern California my natural instinct was to call my Dad to see if he wanted to drive over for a visit. He hopped in his Truck and was on his way before I told him the whole plan (hehe).
Luckily our family Carol, Tim and Mildred had some time to visit with us and we had a wonderful evening with them at Mildred's home near Anaheim. We connected some family tree dots, and chatted the afternoon away. Thank you for your hospitality!
That evening, Dad and I hit the road staying in Oceanside California for the night, half way to Coronado Island.
The Next morning we hit the beach.... and this place... Takes my breath away.

Blue skies and sunny sandy beaches... Love!
We ate lunch, walked around, shopped and took in the sand castle building. It was a great day!
